This was one of the most unforgettable nights of my journey. Performing at the 48th Foundation Anniversary of Mariano Marcos State University with the theme “One Vision, One MMSU” felt both exciting and surreal.

What made this moment even more special was how we came together from different places to create something meaningful. We performed “Apuse,” a traditional song from Papua, Indonesia, accompanied by the beautiful sound of the Sape from Kalimantan, played by fellow students from PGRI Kalimantan. It was more than just a performance it was a collaboration of cultures, stories, and identities.

We only had two days to prepare, yet the energy on stage felt so alive. The audience cheered, clapped, and welcomed us with so much warmth that all the nervousness disappeared in an instant.
