Sea Teacher Batch XI
Get in touch!

Hi, I'm Eca!
My name is Arnesya Nabila Az Zahra Irianto, though I am more often called Eca, an English Education student from UMP, Indonesia, who dreams of traveling the world and has a deep curiosity for different cultures and perspectives.
I was in my last year at UMP, I am currently 22 years old and still in the quiet process of discovering who I am seeking new experiences, embracing challenges, and searching for a clearer sense of identity.
At first, joining the SEA Teacher program felt intimidating. I often struggled with speaking English, and there were moments when my mind would suddenly go blank in the middle of conversations. In those moments, I questioned myself wondering if I was truly ready, or even worthy, of such an opportunity.
Yet, with the encouragement and support from the people around me, I chose to take a step beyond my comfort zone. I took the risk, even with uncertainty still lingering within me.
And somehow, that single decision changed everything.
Through this journey, I found more than just improvement in my speaking skills. I discovered confidence I didn’t know I had, built meaningful connections, and met inspiring people who left a lasting impact on me.
This experience has become more than just a programit has become a part of my growth, shaping me not only as a future educator, but also as a person who continues to learn, explore, and find my own path in this wide and diverse world.
